SHIRO 11 is a technical and creative firm working with companies across Europe. We design and build brand, web, software and the systems underneath — and we run them afterwards for the clients who want that.

We also build our own software products. That’s deliberate. Operating our own systems keeps us honest about what it costs to maintain something after launch, and it means the people advising you have recent scars.

We are small on purpose. You get senior people directly, and decisions happen in hours rather than weeks.

Never perfect but alive. Shipped and running beats polished and theoretical. We’d rather put something real in front of you and improve it than spend three months getting a document right.
